
Following the success of the inaugural Great Taste Bursary, which launched in 2023 to celebrate 30 years of Great Taste, 50 micro producers were given the chance to enter Great Taste free of charge. These products went through the Great Taste process along with all other entries and, of those who received a bursary place, 17 were awarded a Great Taste award.
The highest scoring bursary winner, Food of Gods, went on to be awarded the Golden Fork for Outstanding Bursary winner for their Kandy Heirloom Cinnamon at the Golden Forks award ceremony at Battersea Arts Centre in on 10 September 2024.
