Blackwell & Co has been making sustainably-reared meat products for nearly 30 years. We make a wide, unique range of cooked & air-dried products - from marmalade-glazed hams and smoked brisket, to traditional frankfurters, bacon, proscuitto and salami. We make bespoke ranges for high-end companies, as well as supplying to restaurants and retailers across the UK and internationally. We have also recently opened our own deli in Long Melford, making 70% of its products.
