The Pattyman products were created in honour of my late father, who was a part of the original Windrush generation. Using Welsh/Jamaican inspired ingredients to produce baked goods, Jamaican Patties, Original artisan Pattyman Sauces, Jerk, Sweetcorn, Mango and Chilli, The Pattyman Jamaican Red Pepper Jelly and our own Jerk Marinade. All made from family recipes passed down through the generations. A celebration of 'cynefin' of both Welsh and Jamaican heritage,
