The Clarendon Food Company T/A Welsh Lady Preserves

The Jones family has been making lemon curd at home in North Wales since 1966, when it was a favourite treat for the farm workers to enjoy at tea time. Today, the family business still makes this smooth citrus preserve from butter, eggs, lemon, sugar and pectin, albeit in its Pwllheli jam factory. Spread it on crumpets, toast, muffins and fruit loaf, or use as a cake filling. 
 

A previous Great Taste Supreme Champion, this exemplary lemon curd is made in North Wales to a secret Jones family recipe that dates back to the 1960s. It is exceptionally smooth, with a burst of fresh lemon and proper butter flavour. Spread it on your favourite baked or toasted treat, for that perfect nostalgic experience.
