Guernsey Dairy uses milk from world famous, pedigree, local Guernsey cows to produce a range of premium quality dairy products including milk, butter, cream, ice cream and cheese. The characteristics of the Guernsey breed give the milk unique colour, texture and flavour. The Dairy buys milk from a small network of farmers, all based on the island and within 5 miles of the site. The industry supports the management of the island's unique countryside and cattle.
