About this product
This British artisan pasta is made in Yorkshire. Similar to rigatoni in shape but with more pronounced grooves that swirl their way around the pasta, this tortiglioni is slow-dried overnight and develops a subtle savoury flavour which complements sauces. And because it’s bronze-drawn there’s plenty of texture on this pasta’s surface for sauce to cling on to.
