"In 2017 we set up an independent food and drink outlet on the High Street of Chipping Campden, in the premises of a former family butcher, which had ceased trading, and next door to a former green grocer that had also closed. Our ambition was to return these two fresh food products to the High St, but supplemented by other high quality, artisan products - locally sourced where possible, in the style of a contemporary deli."
