Great Taste policies

Here you will find the terms & conditions of participating in Great Taste, which all entrants agree to abide by when entering the accreditation scheme. The terms & conditions are available in different languages and are updated annually before entry opens.

You will also find a list of categories in this year’s Great Taste. Categories are used for operational purposes and to ensure that if you win an award, buyers and food lovers will be able to discover your product. All products are judged on their own merit – they are not judged against others in the same category and every product entered is eligible for an award. A product may only be entered once, in one category.

Please read the full terms and conditions before entering, noting the following:

• One flavour = one entry
• Only products available for purchase in a retail environment are permitted.
• Products available only as wholesale or in a food-to-go, restaurant or street food setting are not allowed.
• Vitamins, supplements and products where the overall aim is a health benefit rather than as an stand alone product with a specific taste are not eligible for the Great Taste judging process.
